Hi! First, you need a lot of passion for modeling, then find a photographer who will make you some really outstanding photos emphasizing your good qualities. It will be money consuming in the beginning, but you may find some photographers who will do the job tfcd/tfp. Build your portfolio with at least 5 stunning images, upload them on a few modeling sites (a good starting point is ModelMayhem and a few specific to your country). Never share low quality works, it will hurt more than it will help.

You don't need the best photographers in the beginning, probably most of them won't accept to do the job tfcd, but be selective and avoid the very amateurs (even for free).

Study the great models portfolios and in the beginning try to steal (copy) their poses and find the best ones that fit your personality and body, then try to develop your style.
